Do you need a gym membership?

. . .if you purchase any of them and don’t use them.

It reminds me of those people who buy into those”get rich quick” programs and then ditch them when they have not made a truck load of cash in a couple of weeks.

I see two types of individuals every single day at the fitness area:

1. Those who understand what they want and do it to get it.

But during the last couple of years being a personal trainer, I have learned that there is even a more significant step that comes before taking action.

In actuality, the first step to attaining physical fitness success would be to take complete responsibility for where you’re, right now.

If you are overweight, it’s because you made it.

Tired of how you look when you look in the mirror, you are responsible.

Do not have the muscles you would like or the six pack abs you would die for?

You are the reason for all of these.

Outside of particular medical conditions or events beyond your control, you’re where you are right now as a result of choices you have made.

You see, if you are blaming your existing results on everything , that is what you will keep telling your self to the point that you truly believe you are not responsible.

And if you really feel you are not responsible for the present

Probably not, you are going to keep on blaming McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, the partner, the physician, etc.. . And you’ll continue on your endless search for fitness success.

Taking total and complete responsibility for your present

Situation is extremely powerful. The simple fact is, by asserting possession, at the point you realize that it is you and only you that will be the person who changes what you need changed.

Whether it’s weight loss you are after, more muscular, more
